Our Company

iPlumb Smart Solutions LLC is a full-service, family owned and operated plumbing company located in Conroe, TX. Established by Charles Stowe, a well-known and reputable Master Plumber with more than 25 years of industry experience. iPlumb Smart Solutions has provided service to residential and commercial customers offering efficient, and affordable solutions to fix their most complex plumbing issues.

Since we opened our doors in 2012, iPlumb Smart Solutions LLC has been handling the needs of homeowners in the wider area with the help of its highly trained and experienced dispatchers and technicians. Our Founder

Charles Stowe is a smart, determined, and hardworking master plumber, who was always eager to find an industry that fits his personality and mindset. When he came across the industry, by becoming a helper in 1994, he quickly fell in love with the plumbing industry because of the constant problem solving and critical thinking he had to use on a daily basis. He naturally went on to keep renewing his license, and taking tests to become a Tradesman, a Journeyman, and eventually a Master Plumber in 2014.

Over his 25 years of plumbing, he has learned many things in the industry. He has worked in residential, commercial, new construction, and even schools and institutions. He has been able to solve many plumbing issues others couldn’t, and he is also known to give the permanent fix versus a patch. He thrives on helping you save and feel safer with their decisions in the long run.

Charles worked under other Master Plumbers, learning what to do and what not to do. He wanted to build a legacy for this family, and inspire others to take the leap into the industry. He has helped many young people who didn’t know what direction they wanted to go, find their path in plumbing and train them to be successful plumbers of their own.

Eventually, he opened his own business with a partner in 2012. After about 7 years of being in business together, his partner decided to step down. Charles then took complete control and revamped the company into what you see today, iPlumb Smart Solutions LLC.
